✈️ How to Travel to Afghanistan?

Traveling to Afghanistan is a route chosen by very few people these days. Especially when it comes to Taliban-ruled Afghanistan, there are many prejudices and question marks. In this article, I also answer questions like how to enter Afghanistan, which border crossings are open, and what documents are required.

🚶‍♂️ Crossing the Border on Foot: Uzbekistan – Afghanistan

The route I used was the Uzbekistan – Afghanistan border. It is possible to cross this border on foot, but there are many important details to keep in mind. Especially things like visas, passport control, communication with the Taliban, and border procedures must be well understood.

After crossing the border, I had direct contact with Taliban forces. So, is it really as scary as people say? In both the video and this article, I share my full experience regarding encountering the Taliban, communicating with them, and how the local people reacted.

Based on my experience, it is possible to travel in Afghanistan if you’re cautious in certain areas. However, it’s essential to stay updated, stay in touch with local guides, and avoid making sudden decisions.
