Hello everyone! Erbil is a beautiful and culturally diverse city. It is actually much safer and more helpful than people may think. The kindness and helpfulness of the locals really impressed me. Also, when I lost my wallet on the street, a kind man followed me and returned it to me within 3 minutes. Thank you to that man!
Unfortunately, the worst thing about Erbil is its dangerous traffic. Additionally, it can get very hot during the summer months. If you are planning to visit, I advise you to take caution. Also, if you are unable to find free accommodation, there are budget motels available in the city center. Prices start at 7 dollars and go up from there.
