Traveling to Afghanistan is a route chosen by very few people these days. Especially when it comes to Taliban-ruled Afghanistan, there are many prejudices and question marks. 🚶♂️ Crossing the Border on Foot: Uzbekistan – Afghanistan
The route I used was the Uzbekistan – Afghanistan border. It is possible to cross this border on foot, but there are many important details to keep in mind. Especially things like visas, passport control, communication with the Taliban, and border procedures must be well understood.
